- Moorten Botanical Garden
Moorten Botanical Garden offers some of the most beautiful surroundings for your photos. If you are looking for an organic feel to your photos, look no further! The entry fee is only $5 (possibly more for professional photos) and you get access to the greenhouse they have on site. They also have a building that features some great architecture as a backdrop for your photos! You will really be able to show off who you are and how much you love each other surrounded by so much greenery.. Just be careful to not get tangled up with the cactus!

- Joshua Tree National Park
Ok so Joshua Tree isn’t in Palm Springs, but it’s definitely one to mention. Joshua Tree National Park is one of the most popular places to take photos. If you are looking for a desert backdrop, look no further. Joshua Tree has so many beautiful places to take photos and with ever changing seasons, you get a variety of vibes in one place. Many people enjoy exploring the park and the town to find the perfect Joshua Tree garden to get the cowboy feel to their photos. Joshua Tree is one of my favorite places to take photos because of how unique the town is and how beautiful the surroundings are that really make your photos pop.

- Randall Henderson Trail
This trailhead has so many fun spots! I recently did my family photos there but it has so many great backgrounds to it! I love this trailhead because you don’t need to go far or even hike to get to beautiful spots. You just need to walk a few feet and an open mountain range will appear. A quick drive up the 74 will lead you to the trailhead and there is free parking! It’s not super busy there so if you go at sunset, the sun will set right behind the mountain, creating a beautiful backdrop for your photos. If you are looking for more of a nature and adventure look, Randall Henderson Trailhead is a great place to go to take your engagement photos!
